Olympic Curler Matt Hamilton Getting The Bobblehead Treatment
He has a gold medal. He has adoring fans everywhere. Now, he also has a bobblehead.
That's right - Wisconsin resident and Olympic gold medalist Matt Hamilton is getting the bobblehead treatment! He is the first curler to receive the honor.
The National Bobblehead Hall Of Fame is behind the creation. The big design hasn't been finalized just yet but if you're a super fan, you can order the figurine before it is.
Hamilton himself confirmed the big news, joking on his Twitter account that fans could get a "mini version" of his "giant head" soon. Ha!
The bobblehead is $25 dollars. As of now, it is set to ship out in June. You can order yours here.
Hamilton was part of Team Shuster in the 2018 Winter Olympics. The team took the gold medal in curling in a historic series of wins in Pyeongchang.
Since then, they have been America's heroes, appearing on a whirlwind media tour, feuding with actresses on Twitter and basking in the glow of their big win.
Congrats, Matt!
