U of M Medical School Teams Up With Chainbreaker Fundraiser For Cancer
Chainbreaker 18 is a fundraising bike ride for cancer research that takes place this August. The University of Minnesota Medical School on the Duluth Campus has put together a team and is holding a fundraiser. According to their Facebook event page, cancer has impacted so many of the team in their life and community and in some cases personally.
It's a silent auction at the new Bent Paddle Tap Room (1832 W Michigan Street) and it takes place on Sunday June 24th from 4-6. There will also be food served from OMC.
The Chainbreaker Ride is 3 days of cycling, entertainment, and volunteerism. You can learn more about the ride at their website, and even register if you would like.
