Soups For Troops Fundraiser Happens In Duluth October 10

Soup season is here, and if you're like me, you've already made a few homemade batches. Just this weekend, I tried a new recipe for sausage and potato soup, and it was delicious! If you love soup, here's an event that you won't want to miss. It's also for a great cause!

The Duluth Elks Lodge #133 is hosting 'Soups For Troops' on Saturday, October 10th, 2026, from 11-1. It's a community soup-tasting fundraiser that features soups from up to a dozen local restaurants. They still have room for more restaurants or clubs that want to join.

Currently, 11 restaurants will be bringing their soups to compete for the trophy and bragging rights for the People's Choice Award.

Proceeds from Soups For Troops go directly to programs assisting local, at-risk and underserved veterans. The cost for the event is $15.00 for non-veterans and $10 for veterans with a valid ID.
