Dig Into Pancakes And Help Fundraise For St. Jude This Month

Pancakes for a good cause? Count us in! Harold's annual pancake breakfast fundraiser for the kids at St. Jude is officially back later this month and I am already drooling.

In case you didn't know, Harold Ankrum and his family host several successful fundraisers throughout the year for the kids at St. Jude. This includes the popular golf fiasco and hog roast, among others.

Harold is famous in our neck of the woods for just how much he gives back and helps the cause. He's donated and raised so much for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital over the years that he was honored with his own brick on campus a few years ago.

Our annual Radiothon would not be NEARLY as successful without him, his family and the money raised. Now, the tastiest fundraiser of all is upon us - coming up at the end of the month.

All About Harold's Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser This Month

Save the date for Sunday, April 26th! You can feast on pancakes from 8 a.m. until noon at the Four Seasons Sports Complex in Carlton. Yes, there will be gluten-free pancake options, along with all the other breakfast classics.

Adults can get a huge breakfast for about ten bucks, while kids ten and under can feast for just five bucks. This is always a huge success and the place is always packed. Who doesn't want to eat for a good cause?

The menu always includes orange juice, pancakes (of course), sausage and a banana. This will be the 14th year for the event, which is a huge accomplishment! It's one of my favorites.
