March really went out like a lion, with a winter storm hitting the Duluth area late Tuesday night (April 1st). It was kind of like a bad April Fools' joke!

The snow continued overnight into Thursday (April 3rd). The good news is we only have mild weather in the forecast for the weekend.

So how did things shake out? The National Weather Service of Duluth shared some insight into snow totals Thursday afternoon:

Duluth got about ten inches of snow in some parts while Wrenshall got about seven inches. That's not too shabby for a late winter storm!
