A popular weather analyst, who goes by Midwest Weather on social media, has a pretty great success rate, even accurately forecasting two of our winter storms last month.

Now, the weather analyst has shared a look at the rest of April for both Minnesota and Wisconsin. This forecast was shared on social media Wednesday (April 2nd)

The good news? It looks like once we hit mid-April, it will finally and officially feel like spring in the Northland as temperatures warm up and we put this winter behind us. However, there's some bad news as well.

Severe Weather On The Horizon

It looks like we could see some severe weather in parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin this month as winter makes its way out. This is expected mid-month through the end of the month.

It is not forecast to hit the Duluth area at this time but I am sure many people will be happy to know that it appears that spring isn't that far away! I know I am excited about it.
