Birthday Girl K.T. Oslin is Our Solid Gold Pick of the Week

K.T. Oslin, our Solid Gold Pick of the Week turned 71 on Wednesday.  She was born Kay Toinette Oslin in Crossett, AK and grew up in Mobile, AL.  Besides singing, she was also an actress and performed in musicals like "Hello Dolly", "West Side Story" and "Promises, Promises".  She also sang guest vocals with huge Country bands like Alabama.   She was CMA's 1988 Female Vocalist of the Year.  Her she is singing her number one hit "Do Ya" from the year she won that award.
