Be A Mentor/Coach For Kids In Duluth

Have you started training for the Fitger's 5K?  Any of Grandma's Marathon races?  Or, were you going to run and can't for some reason.  Here's your opportunity to use your running knowledge and talent to help others.

Keene's Creek Youth Organization (KCYO) is looking for a willing coach to work with kids to prepare them for Youth Races this summer.

A grant is available to help with transportation of the athletes to each race.  They are also hoping to look into proper shoes for some of the children and any equipment the coach would need for the program.

This is a great way for you to give back to the community, encourage our youth and maybe even get a little exercise yourself!  KCYO is connected to the trail system...what a beautiful way to work with kids this summer!  If you know someone perfect for the job, or would like more information, call KCYO's Youth Director, Marnie at 218.723.3679.
