Although the race is free, you do need to register ahead of time. Because this is a lefse run, you also get a piece of it after you finish the race! You can even add toppings to it. Yum! You can register now online.

On the morning of the race, you are required to check in at Duluth Running Company between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Duluth Running Company is located at 1026 East Superior Street. There will be different groups you can run with depending on pace. You can also choose to run three miles or four.

The race kicks off at 9 a.m. You can snag your lefse between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. after the race. By the way, if you're curious what lefse is, it is a soft Norwegian flatbread that looks and smells delicious. What better reason to run than that?
