Some Jerk Wrote $2400 Worth Of Bad Checks For 600 Boxes Of Girl Scout Cookies

The world's most despicable person is whoever wrote 9 different bad checks for Girl Scout Cookie Orders in the Twin Cities area.  A few questions arise from this story.  First, how the heck do you justify ordering $2400 worth of Girl Scout Cookies in the first place. 600 boxes?    Secondly, does this person have no conscious whatsoever?  

Accoring to Twincities.com, the Girls Scout of Minnesota & Wisconsin River Valley contacted St. Paul police and they are investigating the fraud.  They have not released the name on the checks yet.

I really, really, really hope they find the person responsible and post a mug shot.  I need to see the face of someone this terrible.
