Some Jerk Broke Into SWLP Payment Drop Box

Superior Water Light and Power sent out a letter in the mail to its customers last week about a possible crime that was committed. Their payment drop box located at 2915 Hill Avenue was broken into and the contents were likely stolen.

If you made a payment after 3pm on Wednesday, October 3rd and before 7am Thursday October 4th, SWLP did not receive your payment. You are asked to contact SWLP immediately by calling 715-394-2200 or 800-227-7957.

You can still make payments by going into the Hill Avenue office between 8-4 on weekdays, or by using the Super One payment drop box. Since police have seen other drop box thefts take place, they are temporarily closing the drop box on Hill Avenue.
