Wisconsin City Hiring Police Officers – No Experience Needed + Will Pay You During Training

The City Of Superior is hiring candidates to become police officers. They are now accepting applications and hope people will consider joining their team. The Superior Police Department is also hiring police officers from other departments and will offer lateral pay and benefits commensurate with their years of service.

19 Week Police Academy
Entry-level officers and those people without law enforcement experience will go through "top-notch" training at a 19-week police academy. After completing the academy, officers will do 14-16 weeks of field training with an experienced officer.
What does it pay?
The salary for a police officer in the city of Superior is $29.39 - 34.28 per hour. Officers work 12-hour shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off with built-in overtime.
Written Exam + Physical Readiness Test
Candidates must take a written exam on Monday, January 8th or Tuesday, January 9th. A physical readiness test and interviews will occur on Saturday, January 20.
