Should ‘Days Of Thunder’ Really Be Considered A Classic? [VIDEO]

Ken and I have been doing a weekly segment on The Breakfast Club for quite a bit now. It's called 'Fresh Take Thursday' and basically, we alternate making the other watch a movie we deem a classic. Ken actually gives me classic films to watch while I make him watch romantic comedies and scary movies. We then share our thoughts and give 'em a grade.

This week I was tasked with watching Days Of Thunder. The movie is full of stars - Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, to name a few - and is about a race car driver trying to win a big race. It's full of angst and romance and speeding cars.

So, what do I think of the film and should this really be considered a classic? Hear my thoughts and review of the film below.

By the way - I think this segment is good for me. So far, I've had to watch Top Gun and other films I hear about but have never sat down and watched. Now I know what all the hype is about.
