Background Roles Available For Duluth’s Upcoming Movie Shoot
Minnesota has become a pretty hot spot for film production. We've had a ton of movies filmed in the Duluth area, along the North Shore and even on the Iron Range over the past few years.
It's really fun and I love watching the movies filmed here so I can spot local haunts. It's also fun to be going about your normal life and spot a movie being filmed! It has happened to me before.

Now we know the latest project set to film in our neck of the woods! The Upper Midwest Film Office shared details of a casting call for an upcoming project called American Raaga.
Most of it will take place at a music conservatory in Minnesota. Duluth will be the backdrop of this film from July 13th through August 7th.

As mentioned, most of this film will take place at a music conservatory so college-aged students between 18 and 26 are encouraged to apply. They are also looking to fill roles like faculty members, bar goers, concert goers and more.
