Parents Arrested After Duct Taping Their Young Children And Posting Photos On Facebook [Video]

I don't think they will be winning parents of the year award.  They duct taped their 10 month old and 2 year old's hands and mouth, and hung one of them upside down on a piece of exercise equipment.  Then these two idiots posted the photos on Facebook.  What?!
