Minnesota Wild Player Helps Couple Stranded Roadside After Game
This is an amazing example of Minnesota Nice! A famous player on the Minnesota Wild helped a family stranded on the side of the road Monday night.
The team's Matt Dumba is getting a lot of positive attention this week after the heart-warming story of his act of kindness got shared on social media.
The story was shared on Facebook Tuesday (January 21st) by someone who witnessed the entire thing. The witness, Nicholas Swanson, pulled over to make sure everything was okay after he noticed two cars pulled over on the side of the road. What happened next is nothing short of amazing. Wow! What an absolutely incredible story. The post has since gone viral for good reason. As of Wednesday afternoon, the post had garnered well over 300 comments and had been shared more than 2,000 times.
My favorite part of the entire story is that fact that Matt didn't want any attention, even though The Minnesota Wild had a game earlier that night where thousands of people were cheering him on. Way to make us proud, Matt!
