I guess the phrase 'once a Minnesotan, always a Minnesotan' doesn't always ring true. Jason Zucker has listed his stunning mansion in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis just a few years after exiting the Minnesota Wild.

Strangely enough, this home is not from his time playing for the Minnesota Wild. Instead, he and his family purchased the home in April of this year. The internet freaked out, as this move led many to believe he was plotting a return to the Wild.

This might have been the plan, until he ultimately joined the Arizona Coyotes over the summer. Whether he was planning a return or simply wanted to plant some roots here for good, it seems whatever he had brewing is over because this home was put on the market just a few days ago.

The home is insane and according to the listing for it, can be yours for $3,795,000. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with a long list of amenities like a wine cellar, giant kitchen and a backyard oasis.

The home is also located in the sought-after Linden Hills neighborhood. The mansion is just over six-thousand square feet and has a separate nanny quarters off the backyard, views of Lake Harriet and access to nature trails.

The new construction home is located at 4116 Queen Avenue South. I would add that it is cool to be able to see the home where a sports superstar lived once upon a time but I am not sure he even had time to live there, considering it was only his for six months.

We may never know what led to the change of heart but we can still obsess over this awesome house. Maybe he will buy another house in Minnesota down the line, given his wife is a Minnesota native, and given the fact that he barely had time to actually live in it!

This is an interesting listing for sure. There's an alien pictured, an excessive amount of bathrooms, and some questionable photo choices.
