The schedule for all three legs of the 2024 Minnesota Twins Winter Caravan has been announced. This will be the 62nd edition of the Twins Winter Caravan, which will once again bring Twins players, coaches, alumni, and broadcasters to communities in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

The 2024 Twins Winter Caravan will include a trio of groups, with each featuring two current Twins players, an alumnus, and a club broadcaster. Each day of their respective tours will culminate with traditional evening “Hot Stove” programming (including question-and-answer, autograph, and meet-and-greet sessions).

The Twins note that in addition to the Winter Caravan stops, the team will also participate in, and provide support in four different Minnesota events, including one in the Twin Ports area. These events include:

  • January 24 - Baseball Old Timers Hot Stove League in St. Paul
  • February 1 - Let’s Kick Hunger Day Radiothon to benefit Second Harvest Heartland
  • February 3 - Justin Morneau Ice Fishing Tournament in St. Isle, Minnesota to benefit United Heroes League
  • February 7 - Black Woods Blizzard Tour in Carlton, Minnesota to fund the fight against ALS

2024 Twins Winter Caravan Leg 1 (Tuesday, January 23 - Wednesday, January 24)

Leg 1 of the caravan will include Twins Hall of Famer and longtime radio voice Dan Gladden, Twins utility player Willi Castro, left-handed pitcher Caleb Thielbar, and Twins mascot T.C. It will make the following stops:

Tuesday, January 23

  • 12:45 - 1:45 PM - Private visit to Mayo Eugenio Litta Children’s Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota
  • 6:00 PM - Public Hot Stove night stop at Veterans Memorial Field in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Brian Dinkelman is an addition to this stop, hosted by the Cedar Rapids Kernels.

Wednesday, January 24

  • 2:00 – 2:45 PM -  Private visit to Randolph High School in Randolph, Minnesota
  • 5:00 PM - Private youth clinic for Prairie Island Indian Community in Welch, Minnesota
  • 6:00 PM - Public Hot Stove night stop in the Parlay Lounge at Treasure Island Resort and Casino in Welch. Attendees will be Dan Gladden, Willi Castro, Caleb Thielbar, Justin Morneau, Thad Levine, and T.C. Bear.

2024 Twins Winter Caravan Leg 2 (Tuesday, January 23 - Wednesday, January 24)

Leg 2 of the caravan will include Twins left-handed pitcher Kody Funderburk and utility player Nick Gordon, new Twins lead radio play-by-play voice Kris Atteberry, former Twins three-time All-Star closer and current broadcaster Glen Perkins, and Twins mascot T.C. It will make the following stops:

Tuesday, January 23 

  • 6:00 PM - Public Hot Stove night stop at Elmen Center at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Attendees will be Kris Atteberry, Kody Funderburk, Nick Gordon, Glen Perkins, and T.C. Bear.

Wednesday, January 24

  • 12:00 – 2:00 PM -  Kris Atteberry, Kody Funderburk, Nick Gordon, Glen Perkins, and T.C. Bear will make a Case IH stop, with details to come.
  • 6:00 PM - Public Hot Stove night stop at the Sanctuary Event Center in Fargo North Dakota. Attendees will be Kris Atteberry, Kody Funderburk, Nick Gordon, Glen Perkins, and T.C. Bear.

2024 Twins Winter Caravan Leg 3 (Sunday, January 28 - Tuesday, January 30)

Leg 3 of the caravan will come to Duluth and is expected to include Twins right-handed pitcher Louie Varland and outfielder Matt Wallner, new Twins lead television play-by-play voice Cory Provus, former Twins pitcher and current broadcaster and special assistant LaTroy Hawkins, and Twins mascot T.C.

Sunday, January 28 

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM - The Twins will make a special appearance at the St. Paul Winter Carnival Snow Park at the Fair. Attendees will be Cory Provus, Matt Wallner, Louie Varland, LaTroy Hawkins, and T.C. Bear.

6:30 PM - Public Hot Stove night stop at the Sports Garden in Duluth's Canal Park. Attendees will be Cory Provus, Matt Wallner, Louie Varland, LaTroy Hawkins, and T.C. Bear.

Monday, January 29 

  • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - A private stop at Forest Lake High School with Cory Provus, Matt Wallner, Louie Varland, LaTroy Hawkins, and T.C. Bear.
  • 7:00 PM - Public Hot Stove night stop at the Rivers Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Attendees will be Cory Provus, Matt Wallner, Louie Varland, LaTroy Hawkins, Dave St. Peter, and T.C. Bear.

Tuesday, January 30 

  • A private day stop in Mankato, Minnesota at the Miracle League of North Mankato
  • Public Hot Stove night stop at the Kato Ballroom in Mankato. Attendees will be Cory Provus, Matt Wallner, Louie Varland, LaTroy Hawkins, and T.C. Bear.
