Our local law enforcement have been an amazing support network for Special Olympics.  Many of us think of the Duluth Polar Plunge when we hear Special Olympics and I have personally watched our local law enforcement put their heart and soul into that event.  To continue their dedication to the cause they'll now climb onto the roof of Dunkin' Donuts to brave cold temps to continue supporting their cause and your help is needed.

For over 30 years, law enforcement agencies have worked with Special Olympics to raise money and awareness.  They do it in a host of different ways, dance marathons, polar plunges and for the first time tomorrow, October 25 they're planning a stake out on the rooftop of Dunkin' Donuts at 104 West Central Entrance.

You can stop by on your way to work or school, they'll be dealing with cold temps by 6:30a and plan to be on the roof until 12:30p.  The money you donate will help fund the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) for Special Olympics of MN.

Make your donation to the cause and Dunkin' Donuts will give you a free medium coffee coupon (one per guest).  Make plans to stop by for a box of donuts for the office tomorrow, make your donation, get your coffee coupon and feel fantastic about it the rest of the day!
