Learn How To Recycle And Reuse Your Christmas Cards At The Duluth Public Library

Go green with more than your tree this year!  Have you ever felt guilty to read a Christmas Card and toss it to the side?  Think about it, someone thought you special enough to buy, write, address and spend money on a stamp to wish you a happy holiday.  Feel guilty no longer, instead upcycle or reuse your Christmas cards.  Learn how with the Duluth Public Library.

Some examples of what you can do with recycled Christmas cards is make gift tags, recipe cards or ornaments, which will save you money in the long run.

At the Duluth Public Library, their class will show you how to “make an Upcycled Holiday Cards.  They will be holding two classes, the first will be at 5:30 pm on Thursday, December 8 at the Main Library (520 W. Superior St.,).  The next a week later at 6:30 pm on Thursday, December 15, this time at the West Duluth Branch Library (5830 Grand Ave.)

Just show up and be ready to roll because they will provide you with the materials needed to make an upcycled holiday card.  As always, program, events and classes at the Duluth Public Library are free of charge.
