The city of Duluth has now imposed a five cent tax on each plastic bag you get at grocery stores and other retail locations, so take those bags and donate them for a great cause!
If you think that paying a fee for the bag you put your purchases in would never happen (after all, they want you to shop in their store, right?), think again.
