Kwik Trip and State Farm Insurance are teaming up to celebrate National Dairy Month by giving out 54,000 gallons of milk in Wisconsin.

State Farm agents throughout the state will be giving out 54,000 vouchers good for a gallon of milk at any Wisconsin Kwik Trip location. Many of these vouchers will go to families with the most need by being donated to local food shelves and other organizations.

“Part of our mission at Kwik Trip is to make a difference in the lives of others. Teaming up with State Farm helps our communities and our local dairy farmers in a special way in these challenging times,” said Kwik Trip Director of Public Relations John McHugh in a press release.

The COVID-19 Pandemic has affected the price of milk in the stores and food shelves don't generally have lots of refrigeration space available, so getting milk to families that may need some help has been difficult over the last few months.

If you know a family or organization that could really use the milk, they ask that you contact any State Farm office in Wisconsin, you can get a list at StateFarm.com.

State Farm Vice President of Agency Maggie Oleson said, "given that both companies have over 300 storefronts in the state, the distribution of the vouchers across the state will have an expansive reach."

Way to go Kwik Trip and State Farm! Thanks for helping the community during this difficult for many across the state.
