Harold’s Flippin’ Flapjack Fiasco 2015 Doubles Last Year’s Donations!!! [VIDEO]

Amazing!  A perfect way to describe this year's Harold's Flippin' Flapjack Fiasco. I am so humbled by the immense support that Carlton County gives through event donations, volunteer hours and energy and monetary donations for the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  YOU make the difference!

The words "thank you" just doesn't seem like enough.  Even when I say it with hug, it just doesn't do justice for everything put forth for the continued research and children that are fighting cancer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

I am so proud to say I am from Carlton County.  The awe and amazed look on the faces of people I tell about the three Harold's Fiascos and the amount of money you help raise is priceless.  I wish I could take video of each and every one and share with you the gratitude I see in the faces of the families we help.

This year's Flippin' Flapjack Fiasco surpassed all others with a grand total of 469 people served (over 100 more than last year) and double the amount of money raised, this year we reached $3,173.00!!!!!!!!!!

There are SO many people to recognize this blog could go on and on and on....first and foremost, thank you to all who attended and helped us reach our total monetary donation this year.  Harold, Kevin and "the boys" your dedication and commitment to the cause (and each other) is endearing, you make my heart happy!  (and make this blog hard to write through tears of gratitude)

To Savanna Pallets, JJ and Sara Johnson from Family Tradition, John and Kim Lind from B&B Market, and to Jeff and Michelle Holmes who are teaching their sons the gift of volunteering, Wyatt and Hunter...thank you so very much. A very special thank you to friends Barry and Duane visiting from Tennessee. Quentin, you were a joy to work with and did a fantastic job.

Harold’s Golf Fiasco will be held Saturday, August 29 at Pine Hill Golf Course. Tee times can be made by calling: 218.384.3727. Tons of prizes, lots of food from B&B Market, YOUR favorite beverage (and several on ice!), a Silent Auction, and a LIVE auction with fantastic one of kind items! Come stay the day and ENJOY!

This year’s 4th Annual Hog Roastin’ Fiasco will be Saturday, September 12 from 1-5p in the Carlton VFW parking lot. Enjoy a delicious old fashioned hog roast with cole slaw, Ray Schmitz’s baked beans and all the fixin’s! It’s only $6 and kids 5 and under eat FREE!
