The Duluth Police Department had started a new program that was designed to help citizens fight crime.  It was a free mobile application that allowed citizens to report crimes and suspicious activity.  If you downloaded the app, you can remove it, it's been discontinued.

The “iWatchDuluth” program was introduced on April 19th of 2012. It was a free mobile application that allowed citizens to turn in crime tips, images and videos about crimes or suspicious activity directly to law enforcement from almost any mobile phone or computer.

The Duluth Police Department will be discontinuing the partnership with iWatch and the app will be removed from iTunes and Google Play app stores. They are hoping to launch a new app by the end of the year. We will let you know when they do!
