The last time I was at Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank it was to interview the Executive Director Shaye Moris, about the Back Pack Program. I was amazed at two things. One was the number of area students that rely the backpack program and the other was the incredible dedication of the volunteers that were packing them. That day it was a group representing Essentia Health.
Project Joy is an event organized by a local family in memory of a loved one that helps to fund the Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank's Backpack Program.
