Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank Needs Two Warehouse Associates/Delivery Drivers

Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank  is a non-profit organization whose mission statement is:   "to feed Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin’s hungry by rescuing and distributing food and engaging our region in the fight against hunger."  What a great feeling to know that you are joining a team that is helping others in need.

They have two positions open for Driver/Warehouse Associate that would be responsible for distributing food donations within an eight-county NE Minnesota and NW Wisconsin service region. You would also do general maintenance and keep the food bank facility, equipment and vehicles clean and organized.

It's a full time job (40 hours a week) with an hourly wage of $13.17 - $19.75.

You would need the following qualifications:

*Valid driver's license and clean driving record
*Possess or ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B Driver's License and medical card
*Satisfactorily pass pre-employment and on-going employment drug testing
*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, 100 pounds occasionally; frequently lift, bend and stand
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently, exercising initiative and sound judgement
