The debate has been going on for years on whether or not to legalize marijuana.  Some states, like Colorado, have passed medicinal Marijuana laws.  A recent report shows that those states that have legalized marijuana have seen a suprising effect - less traffic fatalities.  Here's why.

Willie Nelson is still going strong, allbeit a little slow and giggly, but he's still going.  And while performing at this years 'Farm Aid', Willie decided to give the crowd a new song called, "Roll Me Up and Smoke Me When I Die".  Well Willie, I don't think I'll be doing that, but the song isn't bad.
