I was talking to my old high school Coach Kerry Louks about how he spoiled my Minnesota Mile to teach me a valuable lesson.

I have always loved The Simpson's TV show, what would I look like if I was on the show, then the opportunity came.

Lynn Olmsted is known by two names,  Aunt Lynn, and Grandma Lynnie. I've been asking for your tattoos to show off and if you have a story, to share it. She got a tattoo, and it was quite the decision. My Grandpa Irv, her dad, didn't believe in getting pierced ears or tattoos, especially ladies, but she got one anyway.

We handed out a bunch of prizes last night at Grizzly's in Canal Park last night. The prizes included pit tickets to Thomas Rhett, tickets to Randy Houser, Keith Urban suite seats, and the grand prize of the Keith Urban backstage experience.  Congrats to Missy Luukkonen who miraculously won the grand prize!

Everyone says when the new year comes that this is the year to start the diet and workout that will help me lose 10 lbs or more to get to that target weight. My son Sam told me he knew what to do to help me lose weight, so I went to the YMCA with him and she showed me what he thought a good workout would be.

I started a little album on my facebook page called Chris Allen and You, it was an album of pictures of me and another person taken while I was out broadcasting or hosting. Then it changed into everyone getting a selfie with me. So, people started coming up to me and asking for a selfie, then this happened.

Anticipation is growing for the first major Peanuts feature in years, with Charlie Brown and the gang heading to the big screen on November 6. As part of that excitement, a website called Peanutize Me is giving people the chance to make their own character. We decided to do it too!

I bought a bag of Randoms, a variety pack of little gummy candy. I was going to go with some bag that explodes in your mouth, but I bought this bag of treats because it said, "ENDLESS VARIETY". I am thinking, maybe there is magic involved, maybe, I bring the bag back over and over to get more gummys, just like a salad bar. Boy was I in for a shock!

Ken Hayes and I were out jumping the B105 Truck because the lights had been left on overnight. The truck was dead, so I pulled up my van to jump the vehicle. It seemed like forever and it just wouldn't turn over.

Every year the preparation begins in December for the radio broadcast of Grandma's Marathon, but the final two weeks before the actual marathon there is setting up and testing of equipment.

Once upon a time I was a young man and didn't go to college. I was looking at my options, I could move to Nashville and try and be in the music business. I could move to Minneapolis and maybe go to school for radio, or try to break in by working weekends.

Last year I fooled a fair amount of people. I was telling the story that I was aboard the USS Tiger Shark. If you put that name into Google, it says "this is the most used name for ficticious Submarines. I gave up the truth at 9 am, but some people didn't hear.
