One of Target's most popular events is returning this month, but you'll need to act quick to save, as it only lasts for a limited time.

Booster seats for kids ages 4-8 can greatly reduce injuries in automobile collisions.

Another car seat trade-in window is opening in April and anyone in possession of an old, expired, or damaged car seat can bring it to Target.

It seems there has been so many recalls lately that when I see one, I glance over it and think, "oh it's just another recall".  But, we need to consciously remember to take them seriously, especially one like this that involves a product that is suppose to be designed to keep our children safe.

More children die in motor vehicle crashes than from all childhood diseases combined. In the past 10 years, 71 children ages 0-7 were killed, of those only 34% were properly restrained. It's National Child Passenger Safety Week, take the time to get your car seat  checked for free.  The few minutes you take out of your life now, may save the life of your child in the future.
