Make plans for lunch tomorrow at the Superior Business Improvement's (BID) Farmer's Market to support the P.A.S.S. Foundation (Performing Arts Student Scholarship).  It's a true kick off to summer and so much fun to watch the market's tables slowly fill up with fresh, local fruits, flowers and vegetables as the harvest continues to grow.

You'll find the farmer's market in Superior at the corner of Tower and Belknap in Center City Park.  Of course, B105 will be doing live broadcasts throughout the summer, but the farmers, crafters and vendors are there EVERY Wednesday from 11a-2p.

The list of goods you can get is growing, this week pick up fresh lettuce, rhubarb, kale, cucumbers, green beans, red potatoes and spinach.  Of course as the summer continues you'll see more and more veggies hit the tables.

Growing things isn't the only local talent that exists.  There is home made breads, jams, soaps, chocolates mustards and if you get there early enough, fresh laid eggs.  You'll also find hand-crafted wood furniture, items for skin care, flavorings and spices and more!

As fore mentioned, if you purchase lunch at the farmer's market, you'll be supporting the P.A.S.S. Foundation.  They provide scholarships to performing arts students.  You'll be able to choose from hotdogs, brats or coneys and they're bringing some surprise extras, kettle corn, cotton candy and snow cones.  Bring the kids for face painting!

Plus, since this is through the BID, you'll find sidewalk sales both indoors and outdoors in many of the BID Businesses.  Wednesday's are buzzin' in Superior with great things!  Get freshness for your family and make new friends at the Superior Business Improvement District's Farmer's Market.    We'll see you there.
