Some Jerk Set Fire To Lester Park Playground (Again)

The Duluth Police Department is investigating vandalism at the Lester Park Elementary Playground.  Someone set fire to the plastic mulch beneath a piece of playground equipment.  The fire was small and it was put out quickly. A dark plume of smoke could be seen for miles on Sunday, according to the DNT.  This isn't the first time the playground has experienced a fire.  Back in 2011, some teenagers were playing with fire when the entire playground went up in flames.
