Distracted driving is a serious problem, and here is another example of that. A driver in Apple Valley, Minnesota was eating a burger and using snapchat while he was driving when he veered off the road and ended up in a the infield of a baseball field.

According to Fox 9, Apple Valley police received a phone call by a passerby alerting them of the crash around 3:50pm on March 29th. The driver is described as a man in his 20s. He was eating a burger with one hand, using snap chat with the other, and likely speeding. Tire tracks show he went off the road and through a fence before he came to a stop near the pitcher's mound. He was charged for driving for failing to drive with due care.
