I get it, some people have a problem. But it becomes our problem when you continually get behind the wheel. There's this 60 year Elk Mound Man that was arrested after passing out in his parked car at a Kwik Trip.

According to WDIO, Officers found him slumped over in his truck at a Kwik Trip gas station. They tried to wake the man, Keith Bondie, but he was out cold. Eventually he did wake up after officers arrived. He admitted that he had 5 or 6 beers earlier, but the breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol content of .23 which is 3 times the legal limit.

He was charged for his 12th OWI in court on Tuesday in the Eau Claire Circuit Court. He also was charged for driving on a revoked license.

Once again, I'm not here to shame someone for having a drinking problem. But 12 OWI's is just negligent and criminal. In this day in age there is no excuse for getting behind the wheel drunk.
