Pedestrian MN Slip Bridge Closed For Repairs In The Canal

For those of you who run in the Canal Park area, or if you are a visiting tourist.  Please take note that there will be some repair work on the Pedestrian bridge you may plan to use.

The City of Duluth Public Works & Utilities Department reports that the pedestrian bridge (also known as the Minnesota Slip Bridge) that crosses from Canal Park to the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center is closed and undergoing repair due to a broken cable.

The bridge will remain closed until tomorrow. The City thanks the public for their patience as staff expedite repairs.
