Expect Deliciousness When ‘On The Hook’ Returns To Duluth
I have good news and bad news. The good news? I discovered an incredible food truck the other day in Duluth. The bad news? It is only in the area once in awhile.
I kept seeing things on social media about a particular food truck that specializes in fish and chips. I never thought much of it until the other day, when I decided to research the food truck and see what it is all about.

The food truck is called the On The Hook Fish And Chips Food Truck. I was shocked to see they have nearly one-million followers. After some research, I learned that there are multiple food trucks and they travel all over the country.
The good thing is that they are in Minnesota often. They are usually here for at least a couple days or a week but you'll have to keep an eye on their schedule because they are typically only in the Northland for a day or two.
I went to check it out for research purposes of course and was not disappointed! I got the classic fish and chips. It was perfectly crunchy with the perfect ratio of fish to breading and great fries that complimented the meal.

The best part of the meal was without a doubt their tartar sauce. They have their own special recipe and it shows. It was absolutely incredible and I am already thinking of when I will be feasting there again.
They don't have a ton on their menu which is how you know it is good! They offer fish and chips, hence the name, cole slaw and cod cakes. I really want to get their bacon clam chowder next time, as that is what everyone raves about.

The staff was super friendly as well and I didn't have to wait too long, despite there being a huge line. Definitely keep your eye out for next time they are in town. Your life will be changed! I will definitely be going next time they roll into Duluth.
