I don't know if they are running out of names over at Animal Allies or if this cat really does have an achy breaky heart. Each Wednesday we talk to Daryl at the shelter and highlight a cat or dog up for adoption. He's mentioned before that when you end up naming so many cats and dogs, it can get a little tough to keep it fresh. I can honestly say, I've never seen an animal up for adoption named after a country star before.

But what about Billy Ray? He seems like a nice cat that needs a good home. He's described as a Tabby who is approximately 3 years old. He love chin scratches and country music (at least that's what animal allies says.)

Of course as with all adoptions, Billy Ray will be neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated by the time of adoption. He can be yours for an adoption donation of $75.
