Mankato News Anchor Drunk During Newscast [VIDEO]

I don't know if she was impaired, suffering from a medical condition, or a complication of medicines, but something was definitely off on this newscast.   This was this last Sunday night's newscast on KEYC in Mankato with anchor Annie Stensrud. Hopefully she gets the help she needs. I truly feel bad for her.
