The best way to transport cannabis without getting in trouble is to have it in your vehicle's trunk. It's the same with booze. If you have an open bottle in your trunk, out of reach, then it's legal.

If you don't have a trunk, the law states that the cannabis products can be in another area of the vehicle not normally occupied by the driver and passengers.

Can you have it in your glovebox?

According to the League Of Minnesota Cities, the law says that a utility compartment or glove compartment is deemed to be within the area occupied by the driver and passengers. So that's a big no.
