Kwik Trip Issues Recall On Yogurt Parfait Product
If you've been to Kwik Trip lately, listen up.
The convenience store chain has issued a recall on their Kitchen Cravings Strawberry and Mixed Berry Parfaits. This recall is for the parfaits served in a 8.25-ounce cup.
KARE 11 News reports that Kwik Trip officials are recalling the product because they "may contain undeclared traces of cashews or almonds."
This applies to locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin where the product was sold. The sell-by date would have read on or before December 6th.
If you purchased the product on or before Tuesday, November 27th, you are asked to return to the Kwik Trip location you got it from for a full refund.
The good news is that no one has been reported sick due to the recall and the parfait has since been removed from Kwik Trip stores in the area.
Despite this slight hiccup, Kwik Trip still remains a super popular destination in the area. In May, GasBuddy said they had the best gas station bathrooms in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
In October, the same site revealed that Minnesotans and Wisconsinites both preferred Kwik Trip when it came to getting their morning joe.
