It was a perfect ending to a wonderful Fiasco season of raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  Harold's Hog Roastin' Fiasco was well attended, the weather was gorgeous, the tables were full with people laughing and chatting and the food was outta this world!

Harold says he is confident the total amount raised with the Flippin' Flapjack Fiasco, the Golf Fiasco and the Hog Roastin' Fiasco will be more than donated last year.  He guarantees a surprise at the check presentation during the St. Jude Radiothon on B105 in March.

New this year and to continue as we move forward was the recognition of Volunteer(s) of the Year and Sponsor of the Year.  Congratulations to Patti and Ray Schmitz, Fiasco's Volunteer(s) of the Year, thank you for all you do!  Patty sold 35 books of raffle tickets for the golf outing and always gives of her time at the Fiascoes.  Ray also volunteers his time and it's HIS world famous baked beans that is served with a smile (right, Tundy?) at the Hog Roastin' Fiasco.

The Fiasco's Sponsor of the Year is much deserved by John Johnson, owner/operator of Family Tradition Restaurant in Cloquet's Sunnyside.  JJ provides not only his famous, delicious pancake batter for the Flippin' Flapjack Fiasco, but many of the other items served and utilized at the popular breakfast, as well.  He has also been known to just walk up to Harold and make a donation out of the kindness of his heart.  Thanks to JJ and the volunteers at this event, it is a breakfast that the whole community looks forward to every year!  See Patti, Ray and JJ receiving their awards in the photo gallery below.
