Duluth Police Department Asks For Public’s Help In Locating A Missing Person

The Duluth Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Roger Wayne Swanson.  He is 52 years old, 5'8" and 150 pounds.  He was last seen in the Chester Park area.
