Today was the first time I have seen a Silver Alert posted on a road sign. I had to look up what it meant, and it's an important message.

She was last seen leaving her home early Sunday morning.

The Duluth Police Department has been unable to locate a missing elderly Duluth couple.  Ronald Tarnowski and his wife Mary usually drive a 2005 silver Chevy Tahoe, license plate # 852JXG.  The would normally only drive a short distance from home to get food at local restaurants.

An urgent Amber Alert has been issued for a Minneapolis baby who is in danger.  The mother of the child was stabbed as two male suspects fled in a 1999 Dodge Durango after taking the child.  **UPDATE: The child has been found, but suspects are still at large.

Recently while at Wal-Mart I witnessed a woman helping a lost child find her mother. What happened when her mother arrived was both appalling and rude.  Not only did she shock the woman who took the time to help her child, she shocked the Wal-Mart employee we were dealing with in the pharmacy and my husband and I.

Gary Tilander, a 13-year-old International Falls boy remains missing.  Gary was last seen at about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 22, on the 600 block of Mississippi Avenue in Bemidji.

Alethea Isham was last seen in Virginia, Minnesota on Halloween and the Virginia Police Department is asking for the public's help finding her whereabouts.

Far too often you see posts hoping to locate a missing person who might be in the area.  Over the weekend, the Duluth Police Department shared another.

The woman formerly of Proctor and her missing family were found Tuesday morning in Mpls.  She and her two children had been missing since last Thursday and that had Lakeville, MN authorities are asking for help in locating them.

The Duluth Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Roger Wayne Swanson.  He is 52 years old, 5'8" and 150 pounds.  He was last seen in the Chester Park area.

According to the Center for Missing & Exploited children, there has been 8 cases of missing children in the last year in the State of MInnesota.  It just so happens that all of them are teenage girls.  Their families are looking for them, and it only takes us a few minutes to scan the pictures and keep an eye out for them.

The Duluth Police Department is asking for your help locating a Denfeld girl who they are calling a run-a-way teen.  Authorities believe she is either in Duluth or Cloquet.
