U.S. households spend an average of $25,513 per year, which is $2,126 per month on these ten most essential household bills. That accounts for about 34% of the average household income.

The report also breaks out the household spending market size for each of these bill categories, the percentage of households that pay each bill, and the average monthly and annual bill pay costs by state.

How Do Duluth Household Expenses Compare To The National Average?

While the national average found Americans spending an average of $25,513 annually on these household bills, expenses in Duluth are over $1,500 higher. Expenses in Duluth are also higher than Minnesota's state average.
