If you're a general admission ticket holder for the 2021 Duluth Airshow, or plan on getting them, some good news arrived that will provide you with some flexibility over the weekend.

The Duluth Airshow posted the following change in their general admission ticket policy:

With capacity restrictions now lifted, we are happy to once again offer flexibility to our General Admission Ticket Holders. Your General Admission Ticket can be used either Saturday OR Sunday (but only one day). If your ticket says Sunday it can still be used on Saturday and vice versa. If you pre-purchased parking those are day specific and non-transferable so you will need to purchase a new parking ticket if you decide to go on a different day.
That word arrived arrived Friday on the Duluth Airshow Facebook page. They went on to add that Flightline and Presidential Chalet tickets remain date specific, the same goes for all the parking tickets.

Going into the weekend, the weather forecast seems to favor Saturday, with Sunday have the great chance for a rain so perhaps that change in the general admission ticket policy will lead to some people to alter their weekend plans.

The Duluth Airshow also announced Friday that Essentia Health, who is their presenting partner, will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic throughout the weekend at the event. The Pfizer vaccine will be available for youth ages 12 to 17 and the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be offered for adults 18 years and older.

If you plan on attending the event, but are curious about the parking situation. There are two primary lots to choose from, each with their own pros and cons, which you can find below.
