I've met very few pies I didn't like, that's why I'm chubby.  I can't think of anyone I know that doesn't enjoy some kind of pie.  Pie doesn't just mean pumpkin or cherry, think pizza pie, chicken pot pie, the list goes on and on.

Lake Point Church in Superior wants you to celebrate Pie Day with them.  Every year members take the time to put together all kinds of pie goodness to share and enjoy.  With the COVID-19 pandemic, they will be observing social distancing practices and want to remind everyone that masks will be required when not eating your pie.

The event kicks off on Sunday, November 22nd at 10:00AM, and besides the distancing, they do have other rules for Pie Day.  Everything there is considered a pie, and they will have a service at 10:30 and you can continue eating pie.  Following the service, they request that you continue eating pie, which helps with the clean-up.  They will supply coffee and whipped cream to assist in the pie eating.

Think of this as a warm-up event to stuffing yourself for Thanksgiving.  Bring the family and enjoy the socially distanced company of others while sharing some delicious creations from community members.  Lake Point Church is located at 1226 Ogden Avenue in Superior and the free event is open to all who wish to attend.
