Did You Know You Can Designate Someone To Take Care of Your Facebook Page If You Die?

Yes, this is morbid, but I just saw it today when I was looking in my settings.  I often check my security settings on my own Facebook to see where I'm logged in.  Today a new section was there, called Legacy Contact.  It's where you can specify who can control your account if something happens to you, (like you're dead.)

I've always wondered how it's worked, and quite frankly I'm glad I haven't had to find out.  But it's worth taking a moment to designate someone, as Facebook has become such a big part of our interaction in not only life, but after death now as well.

Just go to settings, security, and scroll towards the bottom.
