Cloquet Police Seeking Person of Interest For Gas Drive Off + Stolen Plates

The Cloquet Police Department is investigating a recent incident involving a gas drive off and stolen license plates.  They'd like help identifying a person of interest.

According to a post on their Facebook page:

We are looking to identify and speak with them about a gas drive off and stolen plates on the vehicle in the pictures. Please call 218-384-4185 or use our Nixel tipline by texting 888777 & tip followed by your message. Case #CQ19002202.

It's a pretty clear picture, which you don't usually see.  While the license plates are stolen, the number is very clear so perhaps knowing where the plates where stolen from will also be helpful in tracking down the pictured person of interest.
