The City of Duluth is very good to it's Senior Citizens. From website information regarding Senior Citizen Safety to providing an Senior Citizen liaison to help with job placement and delivered meals.  Now, they're looking to honor  Senior Citizens locally and in the surrounding area, who are reaching or have  reached the young-at-heart age of 100 and beyond!  Do you know someone?

Come on, don't be shy, this year's event will be held on Tuesday, October 13 at 10:00 AM during the "Senior Expo" at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC).  Everyone is invited!!!

Each Centenarian will be acknowledged by the City with a special certificate, a short biography, and birthday cake.  The public's help is needed in identifying all persons in the Twin Ports and surrounding area who are having a 100 or older birthday this year.
