As soon as I finished eating the poutine, I returned to the window of the food truck and asked where they would be tomorrow. It was that good.

We were at the Aurora Parade for Independence Day (the parade is actually on the 3rd), and we planned to eat at the parade.

I looked around for options and I saw a food truck I've never seen at the Aurora parade before. It was called Chef's Table, and they were all the way from Winona, Minnesota.

Most of the food trucks and vendors sell the same type of stuff: hot dogs, burgers, brats, polish, etc. This one had more of a fine dining menu. My daughter got the Bavarian Pretzel with beer cheese, and my eyes immediately went to the Big Mac Poutine.

They had a bunch of orders in, so we had to be a little patient, but it was so worth the wait. The poutine was $15, and it was french fries, beef and pork gravy, cheese curds, lettuce, spicy pickles (they were!), and special sauce.

It was mouth-watering just looking at it. The pickles added some nice spice, the fries were thin and crispy, the cheese curds melted in your mouth, and it was just a wonderful blend of flavors. Like I said, I went and asked where they were the next day, because I would have gone back. Unfortunately, they were heading back home.

So, if you see Chef's Table anywhere, be sure to stop and try their food. Their menu changes, so make sure you follow them on Facebook to keep up.
