This summer is packed with concerts and after going for awhile without them, we are happy!

Travis Tritt is the latest country star to announce he is coming to town. He will be headlining a show at Bowfest this summer. The show will take place on Friday, July 23rd.

There will be no opening acts for the star, who will hit the stage at 9 p.m. His show will take place at the main stage, which is outdoors at Mont du Lac resort. A fireworks display will cap off the show!

The concert is part of an annual event at the resort. In previous years, huge stars like Clint Black and Clay Walker headlined shows there. Justin Moore was supposed to take the stage last year but had to cancel last minute due to COVID-19.

The concert will take place at Mont du Lac, as mentioned. The resort is located at 3125 Mont du Lac Drive in Superior, which is a short drive from the Duluth area.

With so much uncertainty still lingering with COVID-19, the venue says there will be pandemic policies in place. This includes temperature testing of all guests and employees, limited indoor guests and things like masks, gloves and hand sanitizer readily available free of charge.

As mentioned, it is going to be a crazy summer for concerts! Recently, Brad Paisley announced a summer show in Hinckley. Other country stars, like Jake Owen and Randy Houser, will also be in town this summer.
